By participating in the SMADA Mascot Naming Competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
   
   
2. Employees and immediate family members of SMADA Security are allowed to participate.
   
   

Entry Requirements:

3. Entries must be submitted by the specified submission deadline.

4. Each entrant may submit only one entry.

5. Entries must be original and not infringe on any third-party rights.

Entry Submission:

6. Entrants must complete the competition entry form, providing their full name, email address, phone number and the mascot name.

7. Entrants must also correctly name two services found on the SMADA Security website and specify the number of years SMADA Security has been in operation.

8. Entries must be shared on SMADA Security’s Facebook page using the hashtag #SMADAMASCOT.

Judging and Winner Selection:

9. The SMADA team will evaluate entries based on creativity, relevance to the SMADA brand, and memorable qualities.

10. The decision of the judging panel is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.

Prize:

11. The winner will be awarded a bar fridge.

12. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Announcement:

13. The winner will be announced on November 30, 2023, on the SMADA Security website and Facebook page.

14. Entrants’ personal information will be collected solely for the purpose of this competition and will not be shared with third parties.

15. Entrants may choose to subscribe to SMADA Security’s newsletter for updates and promotions, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.

General Conditions:

16. SMADA Security reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions.

17. SMADA Security reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at its discretion.

18. Entrants are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.
